Great Ormond Street HAIRraising appeal
HAIRraising is a fundraising appeal started in 2010 by the hairdressing industry to help raise £1 million towards new operating theatres at Great Ormond Street Hospital.
Founded by John Frieda and leading lights of the hairdressing world, the appeal asks salons to raise money by organising their own fundraising events or by participating in our HAIRraising bike rides, cut-a-thon or raffle.
Great Ormond Street Hospital provides inspirational and world class care to hundreds of children from all over the UK every day. But they need to raise £50 million every year to help keep the magic alive.
The money raised will allow the hospital to treat more children across the UK and internationally who require specialist neurosurgery.
